Olympiacos BC announces the mutually agreed cessation of the contract between the Club and the basketball player Ioannis Bouroussis, whom the Club wishes to sincerely thank for his services and wishes him all the best with his career.

Messrs. Panagiotis and Giorgos Angelopoulos made the following statement:

Olympiacos makes 1-2

This Olympiacos, with this kind of fans, cannot lose to any team. The ‘reds’ played with their backs against the wall, but stayed alive in the hunt of the title edging Panathinaikos 76-68.

Olympiacos was defeated for a second time in the play-offs final because he didn’t find the way to cope with the storm of free throws hit by Panathinaikos.

Olympiacos BC announces that the tickets for the 2011 Greek Cup Final will be on sale on Friday, May 13 (10:00 – 19:00), on Saturday, May 14 (10:00 – 17:00) and on Sunday 15/5 (10:00 – 14:00) from the ticket offices at the Peace and Friendship stadium.

With Giorgos Printezis playing with the red and white shirt after 22 months, Olympiacos easily edged Kolossos in Rhodes 83-67 and sealed the ticket for the play-offs quarter – finals where he will be meeting the winner of the Aris – Maroussi match up.

The Peace and Friendship Stadium becomes a Children's City

Olympiacos BC, by means of the Social Awareness program, has hosted in the Peace and Friendship Stadium during the Thursday practice, the “St. Andreas” children institution that takes action in the area of Child Protection.
